Fuller's - London Pride

Outstanding Premium Ale. "London Pride is a smooth and astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavours from the Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties in the brew." Michael Jackson 500 Classic Brews.  Had this threes, once at a pub on the Thames in downtown London, twice at the BA Club Lounge at Heathrow.

The ABV is 4.7 and the IBU rating is ??
Style - English Pale Ale
Glass to use- Pint glass or a mug
Delivery 12 oz bottle.

Not recommended for extended cellaring

The Pour - Amber in color.  A nice white head.
Aroma - A strong malty smell, bread like (biscuity).
Taste - Malty with notes of caramel. (similar to a Samuel Adams Boston Ale)
Mouth Feel - Very smooth not much carbonation. Soft.
Drinkable - Very drinkable, an every day beer.  

This beer pairs with Indian food, cheeses and perhaps seafood.

This beer gets a Duper rating of A-.
