Bell's - Consecrator Doppelbock

Consecrator is a traditional doppelbock-style fermented with a Bohemian lager yeast. Reddish brown in color, with a mild hop profile, Consecrator is a well balanced, full bodied beer with hints of caramel and molasses in its smooth, malty finish. Brewed for a Fat Tuesday release.

The ABV is 8.0 and the IBU rating is ??
Style - Doppelbock
Glass to use- Pint glass or Mug
Delivery 12oz Bottle

Can be cellared for long periods, under the proper conditions.

The Pour - Pours a copper color with a cream head that vanishes. Some lacing.
Aroma - Not much going on, I do get a hint of molasses.
Taste -   Raisins and some other  fruitiness, malty and caramel. 
Mouth Feel - Crisp and good carbonation.
Drinkable - Just like other dark bocks not as good as Sam Adams Imperial Doppelbock.

This beer pairs well with cheese and German food.

This beer gets a Duper rating of B.
