The Pour - Pours a brown color with a small tan head that disappears. Some lacing.

Taste -  Sweet, malty, dark fruit, molasses and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.

Drinkable - I like this brew.  One year of aging helped this brew.  A very good beer for the cooler months.  Well balanced between the sweetness and spices.

This beer pairs very well with cheeses and beef.
