St. Sebastiaan - Dark

Dark top-fermented Abby ale brewed according to the purity law of 1516.  Sweet and bitter on the tongue with a sweat perfume of caramel malt.

The ABV is 6.9 and the IBU rating is ??
Style - Dubbel
Glass to use- Goblet, Chalice, Snifter or Oversized Wine Glass
Delivery 500ml Bottle

Can be cellared for long periods, under the proper conditions.

The Pour - Pours a dark brown color with a big tan head and some lacing.
Aroma - Lite aroma consisting of malts, caramel and hints of dark fruit.
Taste - Same as the smell mostly malty and caramel.
Mouth Feel - Medium carbonation and body.
Drinkable - An average Belgium brown.  Worth a try but that's 'bout it.  It does get the winner of the most unusual bottle.

This beer pairs well with cheese, chocolate and beef.

This beer gets a Duper rating of B.
