Brooklyn Brewery - Post Road Pumpkin Ale

Post Road Pumpkin Ale is a revival of a beer brewed by the early American colonists. Pumpkins were plentiful, flavorful and nutritious and they blended nicely with barley malt. Hundreds of pumpkins are blended into each batch of Post Road Pumpkin Ale. Post Road Pumpkin Ale is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

The ABV is 5.0 and the IBU rating is ??
Style - Pumpkin Ale
Glass to use- Pint Glass or Mug
Delivery 12oz Bottle
Not recommended for extended cellaring.

The Pour - Amber in color.  The cream head last through out the drinking experience.
Aroma - Strong clove.
Taste - Biscuity malt center and a bitter after taste.
Mouth Feel - Low carbonation and a crisp finish.
Drinkable - I had a hard time finishing this one.  I did not like the taste.

No pairings.

This beer gets a Duper rating of C+.
