Can be cellared for long periods, under the proper condition.
The Pour - Dark color (Ruby). Nice cream head.
Aroma - Sour cherry and pinot smell, like a wine. Then the citrus sourness presents itself.
Taste - Sour taste at first, followed by cherry and then oak tannins.
Mouth Feel - Light carbonation, very smooth.
Drinkable - Goes down very nice, I need to age a few for a year or two.
Goes great with cheese.
This beer gets a Duper rating of A.
