Cazeau - Tournay de Noël

Tournay de Noël" is a dark red beer brewed with 5 malts and 3 hops that give a range of complex aromas. Its alcohol rate reaches 8,2%: your best friend for the winter.

I had this at Monk's.  

The ABV is 8.2 and the IBU rating is ??
Style - Belgium Dark
Glass to use- Snifter, Tulip, Goblet, Chalice or Oversized Wine Glass
Delivery - 330ml Bottle

Can be cellared for long periods, under the proper conditions.

The Pour - Pours a dark brown color with a tan head that disappears. Good lacing.
Aroma - Malty, sour and some spices.
Taste -  Same plus a tad bit of fruit and chocolate.
Mouth Feel - Medium carbonation and body.  A bit of a dry after taste. 
Drinkable - A very nice brew for the holidays.

This beer pairs well with cheese and desserts.

This beer gets a Duper rating of A.
