Lindemans - Framboise

Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries. Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean taste. Style—Raspberry Lambic. Color—Rose.

Style - Lambic - Fruit
Glass to use- Flute, Snifter or Tulip
Delivery 755ml bottle.

Can be cellared for long periods, under the proper conditions.

The Pour - Rose red in color and a big pink head. Excellent lacing.
Aroma - Tart raspberries.
Taste - Very sweet, tart raspberries and sour.
Mouth Feel - Very smooth just the right amount of carbonation. Sparkling clean taste.
Drinkable - Very drinkable as an after dinner drink. I can drink this anytime of day.  And with an alcohol content of 2.5 you could drink it all day.  The cool-aid of beers.  This is a great cross over beer for the wine drinkers in the crowd that prefer sweeter wines.  Ladies you know who you are....

This beer pairs very with chocolate, ice cream with a raspberry and most desserts.
