Port - Older Viscosity

100% Bourbon Barrel Aged Strong Ale. This is the oak aging beer which makes up the oak aged portion found in Old Viscosity. This is aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels for 6 months.

The ABV is 12.0 and the IBU rating is ??
Style - Imperial Stout
Glass to use- Pint Glass, Tumbler, Snifter or Oversized Wine Glass
Delivery - 375ml Bottle

Can be cellared for long periods, under the proper conditions.

The Pour - Pours a thick dark brown color with a small tan head. Good lacing.
Aroma - Chocolate, malts, boozy, licorices and oak tannins. 
Taste -  Same as the aroma with a hint of vanilla from the oak.
Mouth Feel - Thick and sticky, low carbonation and a full body.
Drinkable - This is a sipper, very expensive but worth it.  I would let it age another 6 months to a year.

This beer may pair well with cheese and meats.

This beer gets a Duper rating of A.
